Caffeine in Green Tea

Drinking green tea can help people burn fat, anti cancer and lower bad cholesterol. So everybody love green tea. But the bad news green tea contain caffeine.

Caffeine is naturally found in certain leaves, seeds, and fruits of over 60 plants worldwide. Study show consume 130 to 300 mg of caffeine per day is ok. But the truth is people usually consume caffeine over 6,000 mg everyday. Caffeine side effect include jitters, heart palpitations and insomnia.

Although caffeine in green tea is less than coffee, it still can cause some side effect if you drink 10 cup of green tea.

This is why I recommend people use green tea supplement instead of those green tea to lose weight and improve health. Because manufacturers of green tea supplements get rid of the caffeine which in green tea and wuyi tea.
