Most women will experience food cravings at some point or another during pregnancy. How to stop food cravings during pregnancy. 1. Eating 6-7 meals per day.

2. Drinking 7-8 glasses of water per day.

3. Eating chicken and fish instead of red meats.

4. Eating all kinds of fruits and vegetables.

5. Using dietary supplement control food cravings.
