<p>What food in my diet plan?</p>
<p>I add fruit, vegetable and yogurt in my diet plan. Fruit and vegetable is work. I think everyone know it. Why add yogurt to my diet? Because yogurt not only help improve immunity, but also help burn fat. Study show obese adults who ate three servings of fat-free yogurt a day as part of a reduced-calorie diet lost 22% more weight than non-yogurt eaters.</p>
<p>Why Yogurt help weight loss?</p>
<p>Because yogurt rich in calcium and protein which may help people burn fat and promote weight loss.</p>
<p>People usually buy yogurt from supermarket. But I wouldn&#8217;t recommend you to drink the yogurt from supermarket. Because those yogurt are loaded with excess fat and sugar. It cannot help you lose weight, but cause weight gain.</p>

<p>The idea behind the low fat diets is that fat has more calories per ounce than carbohydrates. So if you eat volume of food in carbohydrates, you are effectively limiting your caloric intake. But carbohydrates also can cause you overweight. If you eat too many carbohydrates. I&#8217;m not recommend low fat diet. I prefer eating fruit and vegetable than carbohydrates.</p>
