			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Weight loss is very important for american. Because most american are overweight and want to lose weight fast. Why so many people have weight issue in U.S.A? I think the problem is they eat high calorie food and lack enough exercise.</p>

<p>People don&#8217;t know they eat how many food everyday, so they don&#8217;t know how to lose weight. Before you decide to lose weight, I suggest you to record what you eat everyday. </p>
<p> Food diary is great way to know your weight problem. It&#8217;s recommended that adults calorie intake is between 1200-1500 everyday. You will gain weight, if your food intake over 1500. So, you should change your menu when you realize the food isn&#8217;t right for you. You eat more fruit and vegetable instead of high fat red meat. Because fruit and vegetable contain less calorie and fat. Is it ok to eat fruit and vegetable every day? Although it help lose weight, it lack enough protein. So, you add fish and chicken to your menu. Although fish and chicken contain more calories than fruit and vegetable, fish and chicken rich in propein. Finally you know how to lose weight by eating right food.</p>

<p>I write what food I eat each day. Food diary is an important tool for finding problem foods. From the food diary I know what calorie and fat I have eat, then I&#8217;ll reduce calorie and fat intake. From the food diary I know red meat, fast food and junk food is bad. Because those food are high in calories, fat, toxins and cholesterol. So I chance my eating habit. I eat fruit, vegetable, bean, fish and chicken daily. Because those foods can provide enough vitamins, protein and dietary fiber. From the food diary I know small meal is better than large meal, it&#8217;s great to control my food cravings.</p>
<p>How to Write a food diary? </p>
<p>To find foods that may be causing allergic or digestive symptoms, record the following information:</p>
<li>What foods you eat</li>
<li>Portion sizes of each food</li>
<li>After eating food, how long you feel hungry</li>
<li>When is the time you eat</li>
<li>How many meals a day</li>
