I love read diet books. Because the diet books always give me some new ideas, when I’m looking for new method to help my dieters to loss their weight. Recently I read Mark Hyman’s book “The UltraSimple Diet: Kick-Start Your Metabolism and Safely Lose Up to 10 Pounds in 7 Days”. I love Mark Hyman’s idea, although I know it’s impossible to loss weight 10 pounds in 7 days.
I dislike the title “Lose Up to 10 Pounds in 7 Days”. When I first see it, I think The UltraSimple Diet is a scam. But I realize Mark Hyman give me a great idea, after I read the book. Mark Hyman tells many dieters that most of dieters out there suffering with weight issues there are two key causes: toxicity and inflammation from The UltraSimple Diet Book. I agree Mark Hyman’s word. Toxicity and inflammation not only can cause weight gain but also many diseases. So if you find yourself always be frustrated in weight loss, maybe your problem isn’t fat but health. You should eat more health foods such as fruit and vegetable. You will loss your weight soon, if you do what Mark Hyman has told you.
