Do you want to lose weight? Just eating more fruits and vegetables. Now everyone know it. I will thank media, because they give health idea to dieter. But the problem is we dislike fruits and vegetable. If you hate fruit and vegetable, you won’t eat them. So you will overweight.

I think the problem isn’t vegetable and fruit, but your cooking style. Why you love fast food? Because their cooking is perfect. So you have desire to eat fast food. Recently I read The Sonoma Diet book, I get this words from the The Sonoma Diet Book,”The Sonoma is not in avoiding foods you love but enjoying the right foods in the right amounts”. This is what I’m looking for. I love The Sonoma Diet.

The Sonoma Diet change my eating habit naturally. Now I dislike fat food, but love vegetable and fruit. Because I can cook delicious vegetable and fruit.
