But The DASH Diet Action Plan not aim your weight loss. So if you want to lose weight fast, you can try other diet plans instead of The DASH Diet Action Plan. I think other diet plans will better than The DASH Diet Action Plan in weight loss. Because they aims weight loss. So they will add super food which can help you to lose your weight faster.
