The 5 Factor Diet
Recently my friend Joy tells me that he have bought “The 5 Factor Diet Book”. He think it’s good and recommend it to me. So I borrowed the book and read it. The 5 Factor Diet is written by Harley Pasternak who is a Hollywood’s top celebrities diet and fitness trainer.
Since Harley Pasternak can help many celebrities to lose their weight, I think Harley Pasternak is a diet expert. You know training celebrities to is really hard. They want to lose their weight quickly, so they hire diet expert.
Now Let’s take a look at The 5 Factor Diet Book. Harley Pasternak suggest dieters eat 5 meals a day, five workouts a week and eat 5 factor foods-basics like egg whites, lean poultry and beans-in each of five food categories from The 5 Factor Diet Book.
From above, you will know. Harley Pasternak want their dieters to eat low fat but high protien food. The low fat and low calorie keep a less weight gain level. The high protien help you build your body when you are workouting. But The 5 Factor Diet not list fruit and veggie. Fruit and veggie contain rich fiber which help you control food craving and good for health. Although fish and egg contain less fat and calories than red meat, they contain more fat and calories than fruits and veggies. I don’t know why Harley Pasternak recommend people to eat fish and egg not fruit and veggie. You know fruit and veggie are better than egg and fish in weight loss.
