Drinking Water doesn’t Help Lose Weight
Many dieters believe that drinking water can help them lose weight. So they drink 8 glasses of water to shed pounds. But the truth is drinking water to shed weight is a waste of time.
In a study the weight and waist size of more than 1,000 young women was compared with the amount of water they consumed each day - both from drinks and food.
The study found drinking water doesn’t help those young women lose weight. But water in food help them shed weight. It was unclear why water in food but not water in drinks should affect weight.
The conclusion is drinking water won’t help lose weight, but water rich food can help lose weight. So we should eat more water rich foods such as fruits and vegetables. It can help you lose weight fast and improve health.
