I have experienced mild side effects - sleeplessness - heart palpitations - nausea and headaches in the beginning. I continued usage and to minimize side effects I switched from two pills a day to 1 pill a day every other day. or two pills a day, one early am, and one before three to cut back on sleeplessness. It has been helpful. I have not weighed myself but clothes are fitting looser. If you have a FDA approved diet pill let me know because so far I have yet to find one.
