And they offer another product, Total Cleanse, which is the same way if you don't cancel before the trial is over. I just got the total cleanse today, which is disappointing because I am still waiting for the Acai berry to take with it. Just call the number on your banking statement or use this one: 877-350-8480 that I got off my statement. I had just called today to ask where was the product and he "assured me it was on the way." I ordered the 19th of last month, so, we'll see. I called the phone number that I found in the website but the phone line is busy. How can all the phone numbered that i found in the website busy??? I think the customer service is really bad and I read a comment from someone and it said it took her 12 tries plus she was on hold for 20 minutes 4 times.
