I ordered my acia berry 500 over a week ago and I have not recieved the package yet. I called the phone number that I found in the website but the phone line is busy. How can all the phone numbered that i found in the website busy??? I think the customer service is really bad and I read a comment from someone and it said it took her 12 tries plus she was on hold for 20 minutes 4 times.
