What’s diet? Which food I should eat when I’m on dieting. If you ask dietitian about it, they will tell you eating whole grains, fruits and vegetables. Yes, these foods is good for diet. Because they are rich fiber but less calorie foods. If you keep on eating this food daily, you will loss your weight soon. However, loss weight through eating fiber rich food isn’t your only choice. The biggest thing you need to understand and accept about losing weight is that it is portion control and calorie intake that makes for lost weight. You can eat anything. Even if you eat pork daily, you can loss you weight soon. Just remember this, if you are consuming fewer calories than you burn, your body haven’t any body fat to store. So you can loss your weight.

Perfect Diet Plan Contain Veggies

Recently I always ask myself same question. Which diet plan is perfect? Although I tried many diet plans, I never find a perfect plan. Maybe some diet plans can help me loss my weight, but it’s not perfect. There are not perfect diet plan in the world. If you really want perfect diet plan, I suggest you choose diet plan which contain as many as possible vegetables and fruits.
