Today, I received a email from a dieter. He want to loss his weight through eating food, so he ask me which food that can burn his body fat. I suggest him eating some lamb. Why? Although lamb contain more fat and calories than vegetable, lamb contain L-carnitine. L-carnitine can help you burn body fat. L-carnitine in lamb is 4x beef and 8x pork. So if you want to burn your fat through eating food, eating lamb is best choice. Also lamb contain fat and calories less than pork and beef. This means, if you eat many lamb, you body only store a little fat. At the same time, lamb contain rich L-carnitine which can burn your body fat. You will loss your weight fast, if you eat lamb everyday. Lamb is the best weight loss food in the world. Every dieter should eat lamb.

Dating Cause Weight Gain

I love dating. I think many people want to meet a single, when he is fall in love. But the bad news is dating can cause weight gain. It isn’t bullshit. One study presented last fall at the annual meeting of the Obesity Society found that young women who were dating gained an average of 15 pounds over five years, those women who were cohabiting but not married gained 18 pounds, and the newly married gained 24 pounds. Research has shown that eating a meal with another person, no matter the relationship to you, can boost the amount of food eaten by 33 percent.

6 Meals a Day

How many times you eat per day? I think usually you will eat 3 times per day. The breakfast, lunch and dinner. Do you know 3 meals per day isn’t good for weight loss. When your are on diet, you have to limit your daily calorie intake. The less calorie cause less energy, it can hurt your body; the more calorie cause more body fat. So you want to know what calorie intake you should get. According to researchers involved with the National Weight Control Registry, a human should limit their calorie intake to approximately 1,400 a day. If you eat 6 meals per day, your calorie intake should less than 220 per meal. What’s kinds of foods contain calories less than 220? I think eat fruit and vegetable is your only choice. Because meat usually contains calories more than 220. Also eating chicken, fish and rabbit meat is a good start for diet, these meat contain calorie approximately 220 per meal. If you eat 3 meals per day, then your calorie intake should less than 470 per meal. I think many foods you can eat, if you limit your calorie intake to approximately 1,400 a day.
